September is still going strong and the Class of 2023 has been busy! Earlier this month, the Class of 2022, led by President Ashleigh Travis and VP Jerry Gannaway, hosted our new class reception at the Newton on APSU. We were thankful as always for support from Nicoletta’s Catering, Ajax, Tri-Star, Beachaven, Founder’s Circle Member F&M Bank, and CB&T.
A week later, after overcoming some significant challenges, the Class was on it’s way thanks to Wiggins Medical Transit and Millan Enterprises to AdventureWorks in our neighboring county. Teams were built before getting into some serious personality analysis with Anne Murray at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Nashville. The day ended with a fantastic private class dinner courtesy of our Founder’s Circle long time sponsor Jack B. Turner and Associates.
Kimberly and O’Neal Wiggins started Friday by helping us look at our advantages and challenges before Dr. Brad Moser, Rose Melton, and David Smith explained the Study Group Topic process for our class to start the year off right. Special thanks to Judge Ross Hicks, class of 1988, for the inspiring closing remarks. None of this would be possible without the detailed leadership of Geoff Livingston and Charlie Koon. Once again, we know the C/O ’23 is on the right track!
